Teresia Yi Mae-im (1788-1839) adalah bibi dari martir Barbara Yi Chong-hui dan Magdalena Yi Yong-hui. Teresia dan tiga orang wanita saleh lainnya menyerahkan dirinya sendiri kepada aparat pemerintahan. Teresia dipenggal di luar Pintu Gerbang Kecil Barat pada tanggal 20 Juli 1839 bersama dengan tujuh orang umat Katolik lainnnya. Pada saat itu dia berusia 52 tahun.
